Over 50 years ago Silver Oak began with a handshake between two friends and a bold vision to focus on only on Cabernet Sauvignon, aged exclusively in American oak (from Missouri no less), and worthy of cellaring for decades to come. Since then, they have pushed the understanding of American wines through several expressions worthy of their place within Silver Oak’s portfolio.

Our journey starts with the vaunted Twomey, focused on small production Pinot Noir and an estate Sauvignon Blanc. These are impeccable expressions of varietals grown in Napa, Sonoma, Anderson and Russian River Valley.

Next is the equally impressive Prince Hill Vineyards. A testament to terroir, vines bask in pristine conditions above the mist, as the red Jory soil offers wines of remarkable approachability and exquisite flavor.

Of course, we save the best for last with four outstanding expressions of Silver Oak from two distinctly different terroirs. These are simply incredible, collectable, and cellarable for decades as they are enjoyable today.

A real treat to be sure!

Most of what we are presenting are no longer available or command significant cost. However, we will have all of these on sale at prices under market.

We are also working to have a few off menu surprises.
