Blood & Sand is exited to announce that starting on Tuesday, January 28th, we will be offering a “Create Your Own Burger Night” on Tuesday evenings.

Choose from a variety of burger options including bison, wagyu, and elk.  Then customize your burger to your taste from an assortment of traditional and non-traditional toppings such as bacon, egg, Iberico ham, roast bone marrow, shaved winter truffle, house-made onion rings, foie gras, hatch pepper cheddar, Comte gruyere, cognac-blackberry bbq sauce, peppadew-roast garlic aioli, and many more.  Each week we plan to change a few of the selections around to ensure there is always something new.    

So, whether you want to grab a burger before the Blues game, or try something new, or just have some comfort food and forget about this lousy St. Louis weather, we got you covered.
